Default Mud flap on preludes.

Well i was @ a dealership and i saw 5th gen prelude (exactly like mine) and it had mud flaps mine didn't.

I'm wondering did certain preludes come with or without mud flaps, was it an extra accessory item like the OEM front lip.

Anyway i was curious maybe someone on HT has insights to my question.

Most dealers install them so they can hose you for another $100 or so.
I took my fronts off[due to dragging while turning hard] and it never had rears on there.

Ugly? Yes.......it would've been nice to have them when I was doing burnouts on slicks though......What a mess it made on my car.
They DO keep your car a little cleaner though. I just got tired of hearing them dragging when I was hitting hard turns.

There not ugly. I have them to protect my paint from debris. They actually do a decent job.

They flow really well on a black vehicle. Even better on a moderate drop...

they are an option from honda. if you want to order it they sell it by the length. dont ask me why but they do. they arent the prettiest thing in the world but they keep alot of debris from hitting your paint

they usually came on the SH model... and they aren't ugly they ad a nice little something for people who dont like the full lip kit...

and the best part is the scrapping when your car is dumped... lets you know that your dumped....
for the type of people that like that kind of thing

I like my mud flaps on the 4th gen. I think, if your not rocking a BoDy KiT yO!, they even out the look of the car.

My 4th gen doesnt have a rear lip kit, so when you have the OEM side skirts on there it kinda looks weird without them.
