Default help prelude 92 !!!!

Hi, I have a poblem with my Honda Prelude 92. When I start my car my RPM is at 0 and I'd have to wait for the engine light to turn on for the RPM to be at it's normal place and at times when the engine light doesn't turn on, I'd have to wait about half an hour for the engine light to be normal . I already checked what was wrong with it on the engine code and it says that Its the map sensor thats creating the problem but the thing is, I already changed the map sensor. So my question is what's wrong with it?
