It's shown in the owner's manual.

Thank you for reinforcing the idea Honda makes it simple.
I didn't even consider the owner's manual as a source of real technical information, now I know.

technically you can change it out without removing that stuff.....but I would recommend just doing it the way Honda says to do it. It's much easier.

I got the bulb changed tonight, finally. The windshield wiper fluid filler does not come out like the maual says, but I did manage to get the bulb changed with it in the way.

I've been poking through this site for info on how to change the bulb on my head lights... but it seems people have different things to say.
Does anyone know what the process is specifically for a 2004 si coupe? |

Refer to post #2 (your post was relocated to this thread. this thread was on page 1 whereas the thread you bumped was over a year old)

My passenger side low beam just went out on my 05 also. What the hell. I just picked up some silverstar ultras to replace it though.

Okay.... Is there anyone here that has actually successfully CHANGED the low beams? Because I tried yesterday and sure, I can push the tab like nobody's business, but the connector will not MOVE! Are my fingers just weak, or is there something wrong here?

those tabs are a pain in the ass, but after you do it a few times its easy. you have to push them together and then pull them to one side or the other, then it will hinge down. twist out the bulb and pull up the hinge and snap in to place.
when doing the tabs, push a little towards the front of the headlight
