If you have an aftermarket stainless steel or ceramic header, you should be able to see the year of the engine. Its on the head where the header bolts to; can't miss it. You should see two numbers there.
The H22s are rated at 200bhps and 161tq at the crank. A healthy H22 can produce 150-170whp depending on the condition of the motor.
