Default need some help with a swap i just got

so i just got a d16z6 swap in it. has a b16 ecu i think its pw something forgot wat lols. a6 tranny used my old wiring the guy did some wiring work to get vtec to work and stuff. use i think a ls dizzy which doesnt match up so its cut and mounted weird. but basiclly it was all running good except for a wistle sound which i assusme is a vacume leak. also im getting cel light code 23 which is knock sensor i belive which is not important cause i dont have one right?
so i took out my spark plugs. to do a compression check on my new motor. but one spark plug is stuck. it has like build up rubber all along the sides. so yah. so i tried removing the rest and doing the check with 1 in the head. either the gague is broken or something if messed up because 1st cylnder read 90 psi and second read 30. which i dont think the car would start if that happend. so then i just put everything back together. started the car and it sounded like a go-kart i checked the plugs serveral times everything is connected. the car has no power just stutters bearly moves. sounds like a go-kart its bad.
what should i do? please help and thank you.
also if u call me a dumb ass. sorry hahah but still help

their are more than 2 errors and its not that this is a english class but a chance for someone to actually understand what you are asking about

perfect example:
i wrote my first responce over 11 hours ago and there is yet for someone to give you a solid response about your issues...im telling you once people see the first couple sentences you wrote they are gone quicker than a bat out of hell...!!!
