That's a civic though, a mass produced automobile.. Not that I'm saying it's not as important as an ITR, but he could possibly be ruining a car that's becomming more and more rare..

this is the way i see it... if you plan on keeping the car and you want to paint it MR... ****in do it! its your car... look i know integra type r's are rare and are only going to get harder to find... but in the end, its a HONDA! i mean were not talking about a hand laid carbon fiber aston martin or something... its a honda, do it up any way you want! but please, for ****sake, paint it right... inside and out! so if your holding on to it, DO IT UP, if you plan on sellin it leave it OG!

for what you'll spend on a quality paintjob just have a real MR sent over and lower the price on your CW to cut the difference.

thanks, I mean for a good paintjob that requires all glass removed, interior removed, bay painted you're going to spend well over 5k unless you know a dude that knows a dude that does shitty work.

MR DC2 ITR's are hard to find. I've seen them online go for about $4,000(US) and lower when I did see them. You'd just have to keep looking, one pops up every once in a while. But I'd have to strongly disagree with the idea of painting a CW ITR a different color. I know it's his car and he can do whatever he wants with it, I just think it'd be wrong.

I also agree, I am also not a riceboy and a purist when it comes to ITR's, it doesn't matter what its country of origin is.

thanks for all the inputs, i am gonna keep it white and try to sell it. if i did paint it red, i still wouldnt feel i have a true milano red itr. red itr's are hard to come by, if it was like the white ones, i would have had one already.

Man nobod wants to pick this thing up? I bechu the reason is becuase its not registered yet bro. Or ppl would jump on this. And if it was me, Be diff, Paint it MR. Or some other color not alot of ppl have. Just do a complete changeover.

i feel u on this. i like both colors but if it really needs a paint job then do what makes u happier. mr is a nice color though..
