Its cool when it flops around in the wind.

Purely cosmetic anyway, you wouldn't have to worry about scraping it and ****.

Make sure you rivot that **** so it doesn't flop too much that it'll fall off.

Since when did people start customizing cars by shopping in the garden aisle at home depot?

Since now...

Here's mine, a lil different than the ones posted above but same idea. What does it matter if the lip is cosmetic, don't you think that the 90% of Honda drivers with lips only got their replica lips because the look nice? Not too many people with adding downforce in mind when they buy a lip off egay for their DD Civics.

I'm making a front lip out of aluminum for my front splitter setup; Just another option you might think about.

Haha, some people think it's actually OEM lol. I think it really depends on the effort put into it that makes or breaks the look.

What im planning to do is put a plastic bag on my front bumper so I can use a fiber glass kit from autozone to make my own front lip. Its not that hard and the plastic bag is there so when it hardens it won't stick to the bumper. All you have to do is shape it the way that you want it and sand then paint then screw it on your bumper. And I think its more dependable then the home depot **** cause it won't flop around n such. Just my 2 cents

Be careful with glassing over paint, even with a platic bag. The reaction gets very hot and can damage the finish of your paint. Ive done it Also home depot sells fiberglass supplies might be cheaper

Didn't no that. But there's no heat involved the way im doing it. I might have not been clear of what im doing its a fiber glass kit from autozone the uses sheets of fiber and the hardening liquid that once it dries its sandable and paintable. There no heat involved at all. All I have to do is bag that bumper lay down the fiber glassing and form it to the way I want and let dry the sand and paint. It won't stick to the bumper at all hopefully the once its the way I want and painted screw it on.

That black car is so sick, must have been hitting high speeds =p
I also think this car should be the only one with rivets so that its one of a kind ... guarantee it will be copied in 1 week

i like the ep3 garage lip. that style where it looks like alittle splitter on the car. I did it on my em2 but i attached it to my rs lip. i really only think that the home depot lips work if you have a lip that looks plain and you want to make it look more agressive, or dont have a lip but want a subtile difference. like that ep3 just a subtile difference or red_suns em2. i borrowed his pic cuz i have the same set up. just a few differences.

the black em2 is my friend kyles ace and he did the garage lip as well on his existing lip and pulls it off well.
