EK raybrig fog light install - HELP!
Alright, so i got a sir front bumper, with oem raybrigs and a oem harness.
1) plugged the brown plug in the engine bay to the one from the fogs, and grounded the wire coming from the fogs
2) i went under the dash and plugged the under dash harness into the another brown plug
3) plugged hi-beam harness portion in
4) hooked up the relay box and ground
i might be missing a element, and theres a inline fuse on one of the wires but pretty much i plugged in everything. I turned my car to accessory, turned my headlights on, push the oem fog light button -green light lit up-, went outside of my car and nothing! no light!
possible ideas where i went wrong:
1) dead bulbs/no bulbs?
2) fuse my be blown?
3) is there supposed to be something that goes into the fuse box? i keep reading that im supposed to put some plug into the the fuse box under the dash?

Dude, check if there is bulbs lol.
I hate using the OEM spec harness it comes with. Its so confusing and they turn off when you turn on your high beams.
I got a $19.99 harness from Pep boys that comes with wiring, relay, and switch. It allows you to wire them up to your OEM spec button switch, and you can have them turn on whenever your corner lights are on. I love it this way.

Re: EK raybrig fog light install - HELP!
ill check tomorrow. lol i would make that mistake.
and yeah i was thinking the same thing, my buddy is going to wire them up for me that way tomorrow if we cant get it to work
so using the oem underdash harness, does ANYthing go to the fuse box? it has a inline fuse but i keep reading theres supposed to be a fuse in one of the empty power sockets or w/e ones for ignition, accessory, and constant
