Snail Tuning

Owner Intsalled Greddy Turbo kit. Rc310 injectors. Wired in Greddy emanage according to 1999 Greddy Turbo installation manual. installed AEM eugo Wideband o2. Owner had Cel come on as soon as positive pressure was seen. 1-2psi on boost gauge. P0108 Map sensor voltage to high.. checks wiring. still gets code when car sees boost. removes emanage and sends out to greddy. 4 weeks later greddy sends it back. wires it up again. no cel but very very lean when car sees boost. brings car to me. i check his wiring and call greddy to confirm wiring schematic. greddy tells me the GSR Turbo install Directions are wronge. so i use the emanage wireing diagram h-2. 96-99 GSR. take car out. a/f are low 12s-11s, but as soon as car sees boost cel comes on, goes into limp mode and almost dies. Code P0108. call greddy again. tell me to check my wiring. turns out my ecu wires are different colors than his diagram. use ohm meter and find the map signal is in the right place. owner had not moved it. check voltage at idle. .84v key on engine off 2.8v voltage should be within spec according to a 1998 civic schematic. now i have to wait till tomarow to call again. luckily im in ohio and they are in calli so i can call them after work. but still for a bolt on kit. this is crap. i know the emanage is a cheap fuel management but should work with there kit. owner purchased complete kit for a bolt on DD. nothing crazy. will upgrade to hondata or chrome later if he wants more power.

anyone else had the same code with the emanage. greddy said no check valve was needed for the map, and no adjustments were needed to the emanage just wire up and go. greddy said if its wired up right (which he thought it wasn't because my ECU wires are different colors than his diagram) may have a program/rom error on the emanage. which can only be fixed by them or if i buy there tuning software and adapter package.

is it the emanage or the blue box? if the emanage, get the support tool and make sure there is a voltage clamp is set right. you can also try the greddy boost sensor. 12's and 11's for the greddy settings is normal. they run it rich.
