I think my car is having more of electrical problems.

Because the speedometer doesnt work neither does the VTEC. The RPM gauge works thoughs. Also my VTEC isnt working and it hasnt thrown codes for any of the other things. It only threw a knock sensor code. I think its having electrical problems. Its acting like a VDUB and not a Honda.

I'm not forgiving but if I focus on the bad im just going to feel horrible, be upset and that wont fix anything at all. I wanna move on and fix it.

you have a knock code???? well thats another reason since the ECU sees a knock it will pretty much go into limb mode.....

It wont cause it to mess up my eps and speedometer.

I can see my VTEC but everything else should work.

EPS has a fail-safe circuit that resets itself. Check the 70AMP fuse in the driver side underhood fuse box as well.

As for the TDC sensor, it's supposed to be covered in oil, unless you're talking about the plug-to-harness connection itself.

The VSS is on the passenger side of your tranny. See if that's covered in oil as well.

Driving without the oil cap off would affect the oil pressure. No VTEC. You never mentioned if you refilled the oil to capacity or not.

Where would the clip be in the engine bay for VSS

The VSS clip runs directly off the engine bay harness to the passenger side of your tranny.

My vtec doesnt work and speedometer doesnt work. I got a Knock Sensor Circuit Malfunction code. My idle is way off it goes from 500-1000 RPM and ranges. The motor doesnt make any knocking noises though and the oil pan doesnt have any metal. I have a magnetic oil plug. My TCD sensor also has oil all over it.

A mechanic worked on my car and returned it to me. Forgot to put the oil cap on and I drove it for 3 hours. I got oil all over the harness but the car was working fine. All I did was change the oil on it right away after that and called the mechanic to give me my oil cap. I think the oil might of gotten all over the harness and over time caused it to be bad?????

I dont see how all my sensors would be bad? It seems like they are though? The car wasnt that bad until I left it sitting for about 4 months it seemed to have just gotten worse. </TD></TR></TABLE>

take your car to a freakin auto zone brother.

they can tell you almost exactly what is wrong with your car, and it wont cost you a dime

EPS has it's own ground, VSS does not.
