My girlfriend's 91 Civic Si never had AC (until I put it in). I also have owned a 89 CRX Si and currently own an 88 CRX Si that never had AC.

interesting. i too thought all Si's came with a/c. as far as adding it back in, i believe the wiring would be the hardest. the rest of it essentially should just bolt in, and can be done easier with the radiator removed.
