2006 Honda Odyssey Touring DVD option does not work
Just bought a used 2006 Honda Odyssey Touring.
I tried turning on the Dvd player but screen doesnt turn on.
Tried inserting a dvd and didnt want to recieve the disk
Anyonr have any input on this problem?

Fixed the problem!
Don't give me credit for this. I found all this info on different websites and decided to put them here for easier and faster solution.
Make sure you have your radio code and navigation code. You're going to need it after you put the battery back on. I think you're able to get it from your local dealer with your vin# ,not sure.
Disconnect the battery for a while,an hour would be good. I left it disconnected overnight.
Take off the negative post then the positive.
If that doesn't work check the fuse inside by the pedals. Should be fuse #5 radio fuse 10a
Also check fusebox #2 under the hood ,above fusebox #1. Fuse #11 RES (Rear Entertainment System) 7.5a fuse
Also the control's batteries (BR3032) were dead and I think you're only able to find them online. You're able to replace them with (CR2032) batteries. They're smaller but just put the cover on the control and they work.
