Android App for datalogging
Im thinking of buying the hondata v3 for my turbo LS but I kinda have a lil dilemma. the thing is that the only feature I would benefit from would be the Bluetooth capability which would allow me to connect with my android. The reason so is because I don't always have my laptop with me and I would like to Velcro my phone and see all my sensors displayed in front of me for extra safety. And so while I made a quick a search through the app store I came across this. My question is does it work? Anyone familiar? because it seems to be enough for me. I wont mind the usb cable... itll be just like my ipod audio cord.

Re: Android App for datalogging
its 10 bucks. and im thinking of just giving it a try but I gotta go tomorrow and buy the right cable or a converter to match the universal phone charger port with the hondata port. i have a small feeling that the needle graphics might be twitchy but for what im going to use it for (ECT, IAT, TPS, Volt.), im sure itll be fine. by seeing my tps ill be able to see what exact throttle percentages cause loss of traction and when i can use more. with turbo on the streets, full throttle will be a spinfest.

Hondata mobile is available in the Google play store.
Op, the only thing you need is a standard usb otg cable with a female usb connector on one end, and a micro usb plug on the other (to connect to the phone) the cable that comes with s300 plugs into the usb otg dongle.
Of course if you get v3 then you can just use bluetooth and the hondata mobile app
