SSR WHEEL PIC THREAD

Re: SSR WHEEL PIC THREAD
So I was able to get a set of SSRs Type Cs. The gunmetal ones, 1 was bent beyond repair so I was able to find an identical width and offset from one of the japanese car part sites. I have the original center caps too. These are 15x7 et42
I do have a question for any SSR experts. The gunmetal set, are known as "Competitions" were sold by Tire Rack? Whereas the ones in Japan are known as Type C?
They look identical except for the hub area. The Gunmetal set originally had a 72.2mm hubring to 54.1, but the white set from Japan the inside hub area looks different from the gunmetal set. Was there any reason for this? I haven't been able to find any information about this, which is interesting to me
Picture of the inner hub area of the gunmetal set
Picture of the inner hub area of the white set.
Let me know if the pictures are clear enough.

SSR Bang Vec's, can you use other Center Caps be Used?
Hey Guys,
I have a set of SSR Bang Vec II's that are missing the nut covers and center caps.
Its very unlikely I'll find a set of them where I live (Alberta Canada) or their way out of my price range (a good set will cost well over $1k CAD).
I'm wondering if other SSR hex caps and nut covers can be used as some other ones are attainable (i.e. EX-C caps and covers)?
Would any other caps work with the bang vec collars?
I know its not right but its better than no caps.
Any feedback appreciated!
Thank you!

Re: SSR WHEEL PIC THREAD
Hi. Does anyone know which lip/barrel will fit on the faces of SSR Star Magna?
They are 20-bolt barrels and appears very similar to EX-C and Hasemi Sport.
Hope someone can confirm they are interchangeable.
Thanks

Re: SSR WHEEL PIC THREAD
Snagged myself a set of 18x8.5 +33 SSR Type C RS wheels. No curb rash, just some fading on the black coating. I plan powdercoating them metallic gunmetal (an OEM option), getting all new decals, etc. and mounting them to my Accord wagon.

Edit: This post can be disregarded.
Can anyone confirm that MK2 and MK3 wheels in 15x7 are only available with +25 as the maximum offset? I could have sworn I've seen them for sale before with +40ish on offset.
Also if anyone has any pictures of 15x7 MK's on our cars please share. If those would fit a Wilwood brake kit I think it would be a great option for my car, running a 225/45/15. If I'm able to run my XXRs right now which are 15x8 +20, it would probably be safe to assume that the same tire (225/45) would fit well on the car with a 15x7 +25 wheel right?...
https://www.ssr-wheels.com/wp-conten.../2022_MKII.pdf - Max +25mm offset
https://www.ssr-wheels.com/wp-conten...2022_MKIII.pdf - Max +26mm offset
Edit: 7.5" may be a better option for 225/45 tires, but those only have +19mm offset options. I'll probably just make a dedicated thread in 2-3 months when I'm ready to throw the cash down on wheels, I keep second guessing my sizes...
