What can you use to remove a stuck spark plug?

What can you use to remove a stuck spark plug?
Can you use penetrating fluid, WD40, etc to remove a spark plug that the previous owner jammed in too hard and now won't come out? Or does anyone have any other suggestion for what to use?

it sounds like it was cross threaded. if so i don't know how to fix it but im sure its very expensive.

just use a breaker bar...
worst case scenerio you have to pull the head and drill it out

Well, it's not frozen... it's just really hard to remove and I wanted to knock it loose w/ something first.. thought I could have used one of the liquids i mentioned earlier. Are those cool to use or no?

I've used a couple drops of 10w/30 to help out a tuff plug.
On a side note if you get one thats stuck, stick a piece of dry ice on the plug, it shrinks the metal in the plug and helps loosen it up.

they make anti-seize stuff to put on your plugs so they dont stick for future reference. hopefully your threads arent screwed up....
