Removing spray paint smell from inside the car?
Hey guys i just sprayed my back area on my hatch where the seat and spare is usually just curious how you guys got the spray paint smell out?

A freind did his also, he just had to wait it out. The smell eventually went away. I would say use febreeze but I thought that stuff was for fabrics.

Sharper IMAGE Ionic Breeze YES THIS THIG REALLY WORKS.
I use this in my house (paint Room) as well and it works like a charm. There is one made for the car but I emagine if you get one for the Bathroom (about 40 bux) Ionic Breeze Will work even better using an extension cord. Fabreeze wroks OKAY just to mask the smell but the Ionic Breeze will get rid of it. They sell all shapes and sizes. It's a good Air freshener (Main purpose)

Edit- the painted surface will stink until all the chemicals have released from the paint, which all depends on air circulation

i painted my trunk and just opened all my windows and propped my trunk opena nd hauled us up and downa empty industrial road a few times and let it sit for a while with everything open with a industrial fan goin for a little bit... it was fine..

night before fabreeze the area and the next day drive your car with the windows open and try and air it out as much as possible.it should go away after a week or so

I did not paint the seats i removed the side panels and the back seat the spare tire and everything from the back to paint the scratched up area in the back please learn how to read
