how many quarts of oil does your integra take??
I just did a oil change and my gsr took about 5 quarts of oil to fill, is that normal or too much..(first time doing a oil change myself) thanks...

Drain the oil to the proper level before you drive again. Too much oil will damage your seals.

I think when your pouring in the oil, you have to wait a min for the oil to get to the pan for reading. If your in a hurry and pour and check it, it wouldn't read right and that why you would end up with 5 quarts. My .02¢.

i fill it with 4 qt. then i start the car, let it run for like 1 min. then shut it off and check like 5 min later. usually i end up adding like half a qt. or so.
remember, oil will sit in the filter, causing less oil to be in the crankcase.

If you drain it at operating temp and w/filter, most of the oil should have drained out so you must be burning some oil.
