ANY input good or bad, Im looking online for jdm engines since my ls/vtec is about to give out on me, b18c1's b18cs b18c5's etc all cost more than h22's, half the price almost.., I'm looking to find a cheap swap since money is tight but Im still looking to get some power. Ive seen a few H22's been put into integra's but I don't know much about coming about it.. has anyone on here done it? How difficult is it to do vs putting in another b series? Im just looking my options any suggestions would be appreciated ! thanks

Why not look for a just new long block? Putiing a h in there is gonna be new mounts and maybe axels?

Did the swap on my 99, let me tell you that you have to decide if you want a street car or racecar. H series swap requires more fabrication, new mounts, and questionable when it comes to smog.

an h22 itself may be cheaper but after all that work the last guy mentioned to put it in, it would be easier and cheaper to just put a b-series in.

Cost wise, in the end it will probably be about the same. BUT, you get the added torque/hp of the h22. its cake to make around 200 to the wheels with one.
