That would be a Frequently Asked Question. Did you check the FAQs?

If you didn't touch the timing belt just put the pulley back on

the pulley is keyed. you can't really put it on wrong (other than backwards, which is extremely improbable)

t-belt threads were shredded so im guessing timing jumped

Yes, you will want to set it back to TDC before you finish it up.

Put everything the belt back on, go around water pump, tensoner, but leave it that bolt loose, and off of the cam gear.

Put the lower timing cover back on, and re install all bolts.
Put crank pulley back on. Tighten bolt.
Rotate CC and put the white mark on the pulley in the middle of the < mark on the cover.
The crank is now at TDC.
Set cam to TDC, should be a up mark.

Put belt on cam gear, spin her over a few times, and insure both are at TDC.

You should have never even touched the distributor.

Is the timing correct? You mention you thought the belt may have jumped? You could have done some internal damage.

timing and everything is correct. not even off by a teeth.
i've only tried to start it up 3 times after i got the TDC. misfired twice and that was about it. not all the belts are back on there besides the t-belt, unless the alternator places a part in it too

Did the timing belt jump?

lets just say, before i even touched the cam gears, the TDC marks were almost on opposite sides
must have jumped due to the fact that at least 10+ teeth on the t-belt were shredded
hopefully i can slap everything back on during the weekends

Get a compresson checker, check the engine and come back with the numbers.

same here, i think the motor is dead. my dad said he plugged cylinder 1 with a napkin and tried starting the car
nothing happened, when the napkin was suppose to pop out
well its probably time to go back to stock
