2003 Honda Element sometimes won't start
Hey all,
Sometimes when i try to turn over my honda it makes a buzzing sound from what sounds like under the dashboard below the steering wheel. I turn the key off and sometimes it cranks just fine. I tested the battery and its fine. I'm pretty sure its not the selenoid or the starter though its been a very long time since i've had starter issues from a car and this is my first 4 cylinder. it does not turn over the motor when it makes the buzzing noise. I tried researching it on the web and seem to come to the conclusion that it is my Main Relay? buzzing but when i try to research it deeper i seem to find alot of people blaming the main relay for not delivering fuel to the fuel pump. will the main relay cause it to make a buzzing noise and not turn over? the noise kind of sounds the same as when u try to crank the car if its already running. any suggestions will help. i'll try to record a video of the sound it makes. thank you for reading my post.

Yeah, sounds like the main relay went bad. They gets pretty hot while the car is on then cools once it's turned off. This constant hot-cold cycle eventually wears out the solder connections.
Is the check engine light on? Can you get any codes read?
