Re: DA and DB1 engine bay pics!!!!
I'll contribute! I love picture threads, but some dick will come in here and say, it's been done like 1,000 times and party poop like it's their job. But since there is a hell of a lot of new members in the integra section, LET'S DO IT!!!
My TURD, the bay needs alot of TLC and I plan on spending alot of attention to detail, minor details, but not till the motor is out for the LSVTEC to go in.
Ditched the little short ram and rusty filter lol currently-
Will be in soon.

How can a thread with such potential die so fast? People need to start posting some pictures! I'm tired of reading of dumbass questions!!! I would rather look at engine bays lol.

AHHH your controversial "replica" valve cover hahah. I love the bay man, looking graet.
@tory, I hope the second picture is the current one, although I don't know how I feel about the paint on the valve cover, but when it was white you over sprayed like a byotch lol. You couldn't have just taken the 1 minute to take the valve cover off? haha

Re: DA and DB1 engine bay pics!!!!
lol ill contribute
you guys get the idea..give me 2 years and ull see a built engine, newly painted bay, perfectly detailed bay with a turbo in it.. lol im chuggin along
for the time being it looks like this..
to the guys keeping there da9's running, i made the mistake of tearing into it before i drove my da9 for more than 4 miles, and yes it was running, but lsvt build was so tempting..

Re: DA and DB1 engine bay pics!!!!
I have always loved your car man. But unless you switched the VTEC solenoid, that is not a JDM head, I'm sure your block says B18c so you know it's JDm, but the JDM heads' VTEC solenoid didn't have the green connector for the oil pressure switch.

Re: DA and DB1 engine bay pics!!!!
What the fudge is that green thing!? lol wtf? My GSR head is JDM and it doesn't have one.
I have found so many write up's and diagrams for bypassing oil pressure switch on JDM solenoids, because I need to do that. So obviously a lot do not come with them, and apparently some do.
Here is an example
