Default 00 civic si b16 problem

i have some knowledge on hondas and a little on DOHC but first its a stock b16a2 original engine. 137,xxx miles. i bought it used from a dealer with a brand new head with about 10,000 miles on it and it has a DC header, 2 1/4 piping all the way back to a stock tip and a cat. AEM cold air intake. i think thats it but anyway........

it is showing codes for misfire on cylinders 2 and 4 and showed 3 until i erased the codes but it will probably show again idk. random and multiple misfires. i have already changed the plugs, wires, distributor cap and rotor, and ignition coil.

that still didnt do anything. it has no power what so ever that it should have. it bogs down when going up a hill and i barely if not hit only 85 on the interstate so yeah.....

i need some help! its my dd and i need something to do to fix the problem and have the power it needs back. any info?

Multiple random misfires is almost always due to a fuel issue.

When was the last time the fuel filter was changed?

I would do a fuel pressure test, or just install a fuel pressure gauge, they are as cheap as $20... http://www.ebay.com/sch/i.html?_from...All-Categories 94

ive changed the filter and still have the same results as before. any other ideas? i know it had pressure cause i forgot to release the pressure and shot out when i loosened it the top bolt off the filter.

even when im slowly rolling in 2nd gear at about 4500 rpm and floor it....it still bogs way down and i gradually get up. slowly.....

You need to check the fuel pressure. With and without the fuel regulator vacuum.
