Re: 95 vtec h22a running to rich
i was wondering if you were ever going to create a new post so that we could help...congrats, and try to punctuate your posts. some of us(sometimes me) will skim right over your post because it's so hard to read.
there are a number of reasons that your car could be running too rich. you can use the search function at the top of the page to help you with information. this is a long post that i found in about 5 seconds of searching. you can read through it to get some ideas.

you will probably have to spend some money to fix the issue. it's better to spend a little money now than more money later when your rich issue causes other issues.

How do you know its running rich? You're obviously struggling with the English language, I would assume that if you can't develop even decent usage of that, the concepts behind a socket wrench and some elbow grease are going to elude you as well.
How long have you owned the car, what maintenance have you done recently?
Plugs, wires, clean IACV, clean FITV, clean EGR?
Try regular maintenance first, let us know when that is done.
You haven't given us any real information about your symptoms so good luck getting any help.

Before you start throwing parts at it you should do the basic test.. at least the parts you did throw at it were just basic maintenance parts.why did you replace the EGR and the o2? test the fuel pressure then get back to us.. start testing first

Did you check it? One of those little circle gap tool thingies sitting on the counter is generally like $0.99.
Don't necessarily trust the guy behind the counter at your local parts store, half of the kids there these days are high school drop outs that think 350s and big aluminum wings on stock civics are cool.

What is your fuel pressure on the fuel rail?
Did you clean the EGR port itself, on the intake manifold?
Have you cleaned the IACV, found on the front side of the intake manifold?
Have you cleaned the FITV, found under the throttle body?
Have you checked for a stuck open injector? [Unbolt the fuel rail with the injectors still attached to the rail turn the key to "On", did you get fuel all over the place?]
Do you have a check engine light?
Have you ever seen the check engine light come on in your car, like when you turn the key on? The bulb might be burnt out.

disconnect the fuel rail with the injectors still connected to the rail.. turn the key to ON. if fuel gets all over the place then you have a bad injector BUT i doubt all 4 injectors are bad.
were all 4 plugs fouled??
what was your fuel pressure?? did you actually check it??
im not trying to be a jerk but you really sound like you have no idea on how to diagnose a problem on a car..
im not answering anymore questions until you tell me what PSI it was putting out and if the pressure was dropping while you have it hooked up

Re: 95 vtec h22a running to rich
you would have to buy a fuel pressure tester.. it is a gauge that you hooks up to your fuel rail.. honestly i am new to a prelude so i not sure if there is a easy port on the rail or if you have to split the line to hook the tester up to it.. after you have it connected get in the car and turn the key to on (do not start the car) do that 2 or three times. get out and look at the gauge. it will give you a reading in "psi" im also not sure what the specs are suppose to be on the car but 30psi is the lowest i would expect. i would say 45 is pretty good.. if it is very right then your regulator could be stuck closed and so on.. this is a basic quick type up but i hope it helps you.. if you want to throw parts at it you can but in my world figuring out the best possible answer is the right thing to do..
