1999 Civic Dx- Codes P0113, P0131, PO132, and P1129; High and low voltage on same O2?
EDIT:
Fuse 43 was blown under the hood. Its a 7.5 amp. My EM1 dome light is shorting it out I dont know why.
ANYWAYS, these are the codes I pulled.
P0113 Intake Air Temperature (IAT) Sensor Circuit High Voltage SWAPPED IATS AND FIXED THE PROBLEM.
JK [b]Primary Heated Oxygen Sensor (Primary HO2S) (Sensor 1) Circuit Low Voltage[/b
JK [b]Primary Heated Oxygen Sensor (Primary HO2S) (Sensor 1) Circuit High Voltage[/b
JK [b]Manifold Absolute Pressure (MAP) Sensor Circuit Higher Than Expected[/b
1. Does code 113 with the IAT mean that the IAT sensor is bad? I believe I have a spare.
2. How does the primary o2 read high AND low?? That doesnt make sense.
3. MAP circuit higher than expected?? Do I also need to replace the map?
Sup all
1999 Civic Dx
OE engine (mod wise)
OE P2E ECU
I got state ref'd in CA so I went back to stock. I took off the P28 and threw on the P2E ECU that I bought on craigslist from a wrecked car.
The car turned on first try and everythings fine. Only problem is; its running a little rich (smells like it has no cat, but it has the factory one.), and when I connect a scanner to it, the scanner doesnt read. I took it to Pep Boys for them to scan and they couldnt scan either. The scanner doesnt even turn on so I dont think the OBDII port is getting power.
I looked around and I dont see a fuse for the port. Is there a fuse somewhere else around the car?
Im in Texas right now but I need to go back to California to fix this ticket.

Re: 1999 Civic Dx- It has a CEL, I cant scan it!
Which fuse is that? The under hood fuse box isnt labeled by numbers.
Its not the F/I EM fuse is it?

Ron, you are amazing with Hondas and I would love to buy you a beer. I just relocated to San Antonio, TX! haha
Can you change the thread title to: "Codes P0113, P0131, PO132, and P1129; High and low voltage on same O2?"

Appreciate that.
And done.. Only code P0113 returned. I tried deleting it and after 2 seconds it returned.
Something tells me I forgot to reset my ECU when I installed the O2 sensors and I drove rich all the way to TX from CA. fuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuu

P0131 and P0505 came on after about 20 minutes of driving.
