Do you have a security system on it. It happens a lot when you have an aftermarket alarms. Check the voltage on the battery, and see what the voltage drops too when you try to start it.
My accord use to do it all the time in cold weather. I had corrosion on my battery cables and it would cause the Security system to trip out because the corroded cables were causing resistance in the wires

double check the terminals and cables, make sure its all clean and tight. have someone tap on the starter while you hold the key in the start position. If that doesnt work, try putting a rubber or plastic handle screwdriver across the starter posts on the side while someone holds the key in start position.
Also check your clutch pedal to see if the plastic thing is missing where it hits the switch.

Thats either a bad connection on the battery or more likly a locked starter. If the battery was dead it would click multiple times like a empy mag on a automatic rifle lol. Thats the best way to discribe it. Try push starting it, have it in second gear and have someone push the car then have the key turned to the on II position and pop the clutch.

To the best of my knowledge it couldent be a bad saftey switch of a starter relay because you wouldent hear them click like that if they were bad. They wouldent make any noise at all.

clicks always indicates starter solenoid is not actuating, so if battery is charged, the starter is bad. Maybe a loose wire. But everyone here has said this already
