1996 Honda Accord lx Turbo
I plan on making a minimum of 400whp
Here's what i got so far:
F22b2 (non vtec)
Ported and polished head and plenum
Arias 9:1 86mm
Rods form Bisimoto
Pro valve springs and retainers also from Bisimoto
RC 750cc injectors
Fidanza 8lb flywheel w/replaceable clutch surface
ACT clutch
King bearings
Still to come:
Stage 2.4 cam and cam gear from Bisimoto
AEM fuel/ignition controller
KOYORAD radiator w/53mm core
Stainless or titanium valves
Wallbro 255
Limited slip kit from phantom grip
As far as the turbo setup goes, I don't have a plan yet so I'm open to suggestions
What do you think about the looks of this one? The bumper and headlights will be like ones in this pic but every thing else will probably be different.

Looking very good so far! Ignore the haters... i like painted blocks ha.
Do you know what route your going as for as an EMS or tune?
And what turbo are you thinking about running?
Looking good though man, looks solid, and not everyone else's slopped together F turbo "build."

Venom used to make an IM if you can find one (look for the Acura CL). The f23 IM is an oem upgrade you can pursue also. There is a little custom work for the f23, but less than other options.

Thanks Guys!
As far as ems goes i plan on getting a fuel/ignition controller from AEM. Its kinda like a pigieback for the factory ems. You can run injectors straight from it or it can control them through the ems. I looked at the install instructions and it interupts the inputs from the crank, cam, map and tps scensors and it uses them for maping or modifies those inputs which are then sent to the ems. Thats how i understand that, may be different though. As far as turbo goes, I will get one of those cheep ones from ebay first. and when i save up enough money i will upgrade to ether a turbonetics or garret or maybe even something else.

You should just get your car tuned with software and ditch the piggyback. It's going to use the input from those sensors to increase fuel, but then you're going to end up with huge timing issues and everything's going to go boom. Go to a tuner.

You can skip on the LSD if you're short on cash and put that towards a tune. What kind of power are you looking to make? I was going to say go with a t3/t04e 57 trim until I saw you had some beefy engine mods planned. Ask your tuner once you find him.
