If it's metallic black like mine, hell yes it will scratch beyond belief!! The number one thing I've hated about every Honda I've owned -- The clear coats are a joke, the paint is expensive, and if you want a car that is easy to keep waxed and have no swirls, you're up the creek with a Honda.
That said -- MSchu is correct(which I hate to say since I'm guessing he's a Schumacher fan... GO MCLAREN!!). It takes a while to get the clear coat swirls out, scratches just depend on the scratch. My F150's had coats that were much easier to maintain.
