Icon3 97 headlight adjustment help

i cant find the adjument screws on my headlight they are so low its unbelieveable. If any one can post a diagram or just explain where they are located that would be greatly appreciated. thank you

Its a screw. Look towards the top of the headlight, adjust with a Philips screwdriver until its where you need it.

This is not the case for my Accord. I looked in the position of the arrows labeled vertical adjustment, and there is nothing in those holes to adjust. The ones labeled Horizontal adjustment on the diagram, appears to be the vertical adjustment on my headlight.

The guy at my state inspection shop said that my headlights needs to be adjusted to point more to the left. I can not find such adjustments on the headlights of my 94 Accord.
