Take out all the bolts... LOL...
There are a few on top under the hood. A couple behind the marker lamp. A few more between the door and the fender with one hidden under the skirt. It really is self explanatory and obvious.

Won't you release just as much "pressure" when you loosen them as when you remove them?
when I think loosen, I'm thinking 2 full turns.
It's a fender... what's going to happen? You pull the bolts out and the "pressure" builds up so taking of the last bolt will result in the fending exploding off the car?

Acouple bolts under the hood. 2 i think when you open the door, 1 or 2 behind the corner light, and 2 under the side plastic on the bottom.

WTF? umm ok i got a real answer i think. first depeds on what fend your talking about.
secound it depends on the tools you have!!
thats all there is to it. front right or left fender toward thedoor seems to need a small swivle connect to get it out right, thats what it looks like to me.
figure it out man... itsa a honda!!!!
