this is more like it! it seems that almost everyone that has a swapped h22 ops for a basic log mani, and then there is a couple out there that say there mani is full-race when full-race has never made a h22 mani ever! i think people are too lazy to peice together their own setups that arent getto in one way or the other. JDM90CB7 im guessin you relocated ur alternator. were does it relocate it to? one thing i still have to do to mine

Full-Race made a top-mount EG H22a a few years ago but didn't fit worth a crap. They ended up discontinuing the manitold due to fitment issues I believe. We worked with the last production one that they did. The runner would hit the alternator even with the Hasport altenator relocation kit. Then the wastegate placement would not allow for the intercooler to fit properly. The manifold made good power but it took sending it back to FR 3 times before it fit.

Since then, we've designed our own top-mount kits which actually allow to keep the alternator in the stock location and retain AC and PS.

520whp 5th gen Prelude

470whp H22a '00 Accord

The bottom line on the H series is that they do not like log style manifolds. They create a lot of exhaust reversion and the majority of the log designs have horrible boost creep due to inadequate wastegate placement. As far as 'shelf' kits go... PeakBoost has a nice kit for the H series. We actually run one of theirs on our 4 door EK and are making 340whp on a bone stock engine.

I actually didnt relocate my alternator, I just didnt have it installed in that photo. I made my downpipe when the engine was out of the car and it clears the alternator with about 2.5" to spare. I do have a ESP alternator relocator braket that mounts the alternator down where the AC compressor goes. Its brand new never been used if you would like to purchase it from me.

I have a better pic to post but photobucket doesnt seem to want to upload my photos at the moment.

Here's a peak-boost manifold in a 5th gen that we did. Everything else but the manifold was custom that we fabricated. It's making 299whp @ 7psi. I've got about 100 more pics of past set-ups if you guys need anymore, lol.

oh 4 sure dude pos tall the pics you want. can never have enough. i just wanted to give the h22 a better rep worthy of more than a bunch of them with kits that only support 300-350 hp and they are all cast iron log kits.

Heres what I've found with a google seach:

I would preffer this one.
Boostwerks H22a Topmount $950-$1050:

Is your H series ready for 800+ WHP? The Boostwerks Top Mount will easily support the highest power levels and keep screaming for more! It will fit up to a Garrett GT42R or a Borg Warner S372 in a prelude chassis with little modifications. Hood modifications are required in a 92+ civic chassis.

I highly recommend going with the twin scroll and dual wastegate option with this manifold if you’re looking for the most power out of your setup. It will even fit up to a 5” down pipe if the traction bar has enough clearance! However, it will work great with more mild turbo setups as well.

Obviously this manifold is not for the faint of heart, and the customer should understand that small chassis modifications may be necessary.

The manifold requires the use of a readily available alternator relocation bracket.

Specs:

Schedule 40 304 stainless steel piping
CNC milled mild steel flanges
TIG welded by hand and backpurged for a clean contamination free weld.
Guaranteed to fit, and warrantied for life to the original owner!

Ive sent them a message about how this would fit on an 92+ civic hatch and what mods are required to make it fit, im still waiting an answer.

It's a drag manifold.

I have a H22 ramhorn almost finished if anyone is looking for one... schedule 10/40 stainless, tig welded...PM me for details and pics.

It will require a alt relocation kit though...I think...I have to put a alternator on the motor to find out.

Log manifolds suck, specially on h22's that love to breath. Do yourself a favor and don't buy a log.
