Oil passage plug stuck/stripped help

Oil passage plug stuck/stripped help
Im trying to remove the two oil passage plugs on the back of my B18 block. One came out just fine, but the other one is stripped and stuck in there pretty bad.
Anybody have any suggestions on getting this plug out? Any help is appreciated..
