fast idle valve
so i have a 95 civic hatch with a d15b, i picked up a p32 intake manifold (d16z6 manifold) i go to hook everything up and the hose that goes from the bottom of the fast idle valve has no where to hook up on the intake manifold. this **** sucks. how do i go about fixing this problem? thanks in advance

Re: fast idle valve
it starts at a L shaped hose at the intake manifold, and from there it moves through a metal tube to another hose which then goes to the inlet of the fitv. after leaving the fitv it goes to the iacv. once leaving the iacv it drops down and connects to the coolant pipe on the back of the block.

Re: fast idle valve
yes thats what i would do because its pointless if u live in warm climates. just by pass the tb and run the lines to ur iacv. ebay acually makes block off plates b/d/f/h all fit

This is so helpful I just did the exact same thing but my throttle cable doesn't mount right so it either to tight or too loose. Why?
