I heard they're built to last =\

They aren't horrible, but you might just want to go with OEM, since I don't believe there to be too drastic of a price difference.

I bought my axles there and they even offer a lifetime warranty. Haven't had any problems yet.

For those types of things, I'd go with OEM.

Now I've been running Duralast brake rotors and pads on my GS-R exclusively since I bought it in 2001. No problems whatsoever and the prices are really great. The pads have a lifetime warranty (who knows why) so I haven't paid for brake pads since 2001 The rear rotors for my car only about $17 each brand new, so I just replace my rear rotors every time I replace the rear pads. I don't even bother getting them resurfaced.

FTMFW

but i heard that recently they stopped offering the warranty on the brake pads... probably not though, that would be the suck

edit: do they make aftermarket tie rod ends, etc.? because i've been contemplating on replacing them as well

I've used a lot of Auto Zone parts, and have only had problems with distributors, but since a lot of the expensive stuff has lifetime warranty it's not that big of a deal. Did ball join ont my little brothers EF only problem was that it uses a different size castle nut, but other than that no problem with it.

I use their rotors (due to cheap prices and 2 year warranty) and have had no problems whatsoever but idk about any of their other parts. For those parts i would use oem. Just my .02

I work at Auto Zone the Duralast parts are not bad at all for the price you pay. I put them on my car. Do stay away from the Value craft parts though. Or as AutoZoners call them "Value Crap"

advance auto has lifetime warranty on those wear-ever brakes, the gold and silver ones anyway. as for ball joints, i guess it wouldn't really matter what brand you went with. they're probably pretty close to being the same quality. and if they have a limited lifetime warranty on them, if they should fail, replacement would be free.

Their spark plug wires suck *****. I installed a new set and the necks ripped from the wires the very first time I removed them on 3 of the 4.

Just searching trough net for somebody with similar problem and you are be on google place 3, listen man... buy duralast lower arm balljoin and is worn after 3 months, duralast is peace of s*it, and chipest BJ from Turkey is last longer , almost 1 year .
My word, just go with OEM, price is best and you know what you got.
