radio panel dim light
Hey guys. I have an '04 Accord EX I4. The panel for the radio barely shows any light. If I stick my face right in front of it I can just barely see the radio channels. Is this a fuse that went out? Or do I have to replace the whole panel?

I'm talking about the screen here.

I'm a tech @ a Honda Dealer here in So. Cal and its not a fuse. Theres a service bulletin on the accord radio display going dim. The only way to fix it is to take the radio apart and replace the motherboard for the radio.

The warranty was extended on the radio screen. I think it's 7 years, or 80k miles, but they will probably change it free of charge even if you are past the warranty extension. If you are not the original owner, you probably didn't get the notice. Call the nearest dealer, and they will help you out.
