Default Rocker arm adjustment.

SO my rocker arms make a ton of noise on my d16y8 when i get around 3k RPM. It gets annoying after a while. Is there any way to adjust them?

for the op, to do a valve lash adlustment. Take the v/c off and at the end of the rocker arm will be a lock nut and lash adjuster that goes does to the valve. Loosen the lock nut with a 8 or 10mm wrench, use a feeler gauge between the valve and adjuster and adjust the aduster to spec. I think the inake is .008" and the exhaust is .012"..i tihnk but go look your up and make sure
