DA seats into an EF is going to suck. Hopefully you are fairly short if you're going to attempt this.

Aren't the DA rails taller than the EF, and the seat as well? Or no?

On a semi-related side note, I've driven EF's with EG seats and I felt like I was way too high and out of place.

I currently have EG seats in my EF and I hate it. It sits to high and they just blow. But then again, I'm also only bolted in with 1 bolt

you can make your own rails or just bolt down the da seats once you find a spot you like and dont wana move and it adds alot of toughness to hold it down for the da seats in an ef (worked in my sedan then got s2k seats )

here is a good way to do it that pan swap is to much work and looks like a hack job .
tools you would need
1)drill
2)socket set
also need 2 studs with 4 nuts.(i think i used exhaust studs from d15b2 i had laying around)
these help at the end....
first remove the EF seats from both seats you want to save the outside rails

then remove the outside rails from the DA seats .the EF outside rail will bolt right up to the DA seat.

now you want to remove the seatbelt box on the inside of the DA seat rail.(dont remember if i had to remove the inside rail to do this but if you do then you do )
all said and done it should look like this:

Now you want to bolt the seat into the car from the outside rail only ........
Once the outside rail is bolted down you need to eye the inside rail for the new hole to be drilled front and back .....here is a pic of the rear:

Once you have it lined up bolt the front inside you will notice the seat will drop in the back. This is where the stud and nuts come in install the stud with 1 nut and raise so the seat is stable. Then use the other to fasten the seat down......like this:

I trimmed the DA outer seat cover to fit, you can see in top photo .....

This way is so much easier to do than a pan swap, but i think the pan swap is just for 88-89.

OH, side NOTE: if you want to do a center console (94-01 integra or Factory) you will need to shave the inside bolts down there is 2. one you will use to bolt the buckle back to the seat and one un-used in front of it they scrape if you dont and if you dont care then this is point less .

if anybody has any questions pm me ...more then happy to help

thx
berto

90-91 hatch Si seats will bolt right in to your car. The other variations (88 CRX Si/89 hatch Si, 89-91 CRX Si) will need a little bit of modification.

I did it. Everyone likes it. Looks good. Feels great. Some 1 put the wrong seats in my civic. My knees hit. I am close to 6ft and my knees hit the fuse box cover thing under the dash. used original seats. Bought these sick integra seats 10 bucks a set 20 a pair at the yard. thought my sportier newer 2000 headrests would work integra has wider headrest rails. had to go back. I TOOK MY CARPET completely out. There was some modifty. Have to take off bulky *** lap belt. I used my stock rails i believe. IF not the other ones should work. Maby i did use the stock ones it worked and me being just under 6 ft. have no issues and back is pain free. Seats look good again. i am pleased with look. My back hurt and them cheap A** vinyl seats would slip you around. was sick of that. with the Tweed outsides and the plush insides the seats keeps you in the seat with no slippy slide. Picutres are not the best but it gives the idea... I had again the newer civic seats, had clearance issues with head/legs. Was not satisifed with the vynil. Settled with the DA integra cloth seat. Enough said

I actually have better clearance with the da seats than with the ef seats. Plus the driver side came with these two ***** to adjust the arch on your lower back and the sides on the seat.
