Default 99-00 Civic Fog Light Install

ok guys i have a 99 civic ex coupe im trying to install some ebay fogs but i cant figure out which port on the fuse box to plug the output into any ideas?

didn't the ebay instructions have a picture of which one to plug into? i can't remember, it's been over a year since i installed a set on a friend's car.

worst comes to worst, try it and see if you get power or not. if you don't, try another one.

bout them from a friend lost the instructions what were do i wire the power into?

ok i got most of the wiring done i just gotta find were to plug the switch output that needs to go out to the fogs on the fuse box

just try each one till you get one that works. you won't fry anything if that's what you're worried about.

have you checked all your ground points first? is your lightswitch for the headlights turned on for lowbeam?

yes everythings fin i have power from out the output of the relay but wen i touch the power to anyone one of thos ports i dunt get power at the fog light connector under the hood

there ebay fogs honda oem is different then that dosnt have the harness in the steering column

Is the relay clicking when you turn them on? I had the same issue with mine and it turned out to be a bad relay and blown bulbs. I have the depo ones from egay.

Wait are you talking about the wire that has a female connector at the end that hooks up to the wire which I believe that both of them are red and it has a male connector, and the the brown plug goes on the 4th slot on the fuse box. Can you try and take a picture of the plug you are talking about???

ok on the fog light switch harness theres 4 wires a ground a + for the switch light a + for the fog lights and the brown female connector for the main feed to the fog lights its supposed to connect some were in the car that leads to the out side wiring

i think that plug is just taped to the harness behind the fusebox with blue tape

^ what he said, and you only use that plug with oem fogs don't need to use it with the depo ones.
