Default 97-01 Prelude full coilovers

Looking to buy some full coilovers for a 01 prelude BB6 car is just street drivin mainly just want to have a lower stance for looks and reliablity. leaning towards D2 or ground control/koni yellow's let me know what you think or add something if it has better results.

koni/gc's. that lifetime warranty doesn't look too bad either.

I don't think I could be happier with my GC/KYB AGX setup (1.5" drop).

1.5" drop is not enough for me im trying to slamm it or at least tuck a lil bit of the tires

Great thing about coilovers, you pick your drop.

exactly. on gc's site they said 3.5'' that's plenty right there. koni can drop it an additional 20/15mm fr/rr

I'm not on the bandwagon here, but I am honestly pretty happy with my D2s on my 4th gen. IMO they are a good setup for a street car or daily driver: relatively cheap, easy install, light weight, adjustable height, choose your own spring rates, good fitment, etc.

I like the ride quality and the handling very much. If you are building a race car then of course there are better options, but for a daily they fit the bill just right.

Only downside I've seen so far is after about 4 years they do leak a bit of oil. Not enough to really worry about and the performance hasn't changed at all, but there is a thin film on the outside of the shock from time to time.

The Koni Yellows and Ground Control coilover kit are pretty freakin swell (my setup). The only other route I'd go is Tein FLEX.

the 5Zigens are 205/45/17x7
and the Time Attacks are 215/40/18x7.5

x2

This is what I use for daily driving and autox and it's a great ride. Make sure when you do get your setup to get some stiff springs if your going to dump it otherwise you might bottom out a lot.

You can't go wrong with GC/Koni. I myself have a set of Super Streets because I got a nice deal on them.
