My buddies 93 Ls never came with the B18b.
My cousin's 92 Ls also never came with the B18b.
I believe the B18b only came in the 94+ Integras.

Very close, but Honda screwed us a little with funny naming conventions.
B18A - 90-91 RS/LS/GS - 130 HP, OBD0
B18A1 - 92-93 RS/LS/GS - 140 HP (due to higher lift intake cam), OBDI
B18B - 94+ RS/LS/GS - 140 HP (same intake cam as B18A1), OBDII (as of 96)
FYI, the valvetrain parts are the same between the B18A and B18B. Also, B18A ECU's (PR4's) have been successfully used with B18B's (P75's I think), although for max power a tune is required.
B18A - 90-91 RS/LS/GS - 130 HP, OBD0
B18A1 - 92-93 RS/LS/GS - 140 HP (due to higher lift intake cam), OBDI
B18B - 94+ RS/LS/GS - 140 HP (same intake cam as B18A1), OBDII (as of 96)

Do they have a 90-91 block? I have a B18A stamp on mine (no 1 after it). I guess that could have been removed by a previous owner though. Interesting. Normally Honda/Acura did a good job with their engine codes, but the early DA's seem to have new quirks pop up all the time.

Question for you: I have a b18a1 swapped in to an ek hatch and it is currently running on a P2E ecu and I don't think that it is running very smoothly. Can I use an OBD2 P75 ecu with no issues?
