Radiator fan relay keep going out...
Has anyone ever had this problem. I have a 96 ek hatch with a gsr swap in it. The radiator fan relay keeps going out. I am on my third one. Funny thing is that this started happening since I changed my timing belt and waterpump.
Another thing, my friend hotwired it to where the fan automaticaly turns on when you turn the key to the on position. Is that safe?

are you burning the coil or the contacts?
my guess... wire it properly with a temp switch. You should not have any problems.
If you still do, your fan may be pulling too much power through the relay and burning it out. Replace the fan.
