PM5 is for the 92hp D15B2 DX DPFI engine
PM9 is for the 70hp D15B1 STD DPFI engine

PM9 probably has different fuel and ignition maps to run the lower hp engine correctly - yes it would work in the DX

Would I loose power with this computer. Or would this give me better fuel mileage?

Honda didnt intend for anyone to put vtec motors into these years either but people usually do. I am not asking if I want to leave it alone I am asking if it would work.Just wanted to know thats all.

Why don't you go on ebay and buy a +20 hp chip and you'll be doing almost better then changing the ECU.

Leave the goddamn car alone or sell it if you cant figure this ECU debate on your own.

yes it will work... how will it run? most likely like crap...

the fuel map will be different so you might have rich or lean spots in certain rpms...

Go ***K off pea brain!!! This is what I am trying to figure out. If I want to spend money on my car then let me do it.Just because you dont have a job and cant do any upgrades on your car that doent mean I cant do it. If you have nothing good to say then dont answer it at all.

Hahaha where does having a job come into this? I just dont do mods that decrease my cars potential like you seem to be doing.

exactily... and yea people do put Vtec motors in these cars... but people also put the matching Vtec ECU in as well... you obviously are having a hard time figuring out this concept leave your ecu... you wont see better HP or fuel milage...
