How to remove An EG dash
I GOT RID OF MY HATCH AND GOT A MOTORCYCLE SO I CANT TAKE NEW PICS SO....... I MADE ONE.
First off take the steering wheel off its not hard you only take out 2 star screws on the side of the wheel.
When those are out take out the airbag and unplug it.
When that is out then take out the large bolt in the middle.
Then the blinker switch and the windsheild wiper switch comes out but you have to unscrew 2 screws and take a flathead stick it here.
now take out the section where the cigarrette plug in is(4 screws 2 on top and 2 on the side)Take out the screw wen off
Then take out the glove box which is not hard there is like 4 screws.
You will need to take out the speed ometer.
Now on the top of the dash(middle) is that vent thing. pop that off with a flathead from the side. When off take out the screw(I think they are all 10 mm or maybe 12mm)
Now to take out the passenger air bag when the glove bx is out look under there and you will see 6 bolts that need to be taken out.
take out your stereo, unplug the wires on the driverside underdash fuse box.
Now work the dash board off and unscrew or unplug anything holding back.
now on both sides there are screws under the caps.
Now work the dash board off and unscrew or unplug anything holding back.

THIS IS HUGE before you unhook the air bag plugs you must disconnect the neg battery terminal and wait 5 mins or longer. It is now safe to unplug the air bags make sure you install the safety jumper to keep the air bag from being set off be accident.

Should sticky this. By the way, how what does the safety jumper look like? Can't you just unplug the srs plug underneath the dash?

It should be attached to the access panel on the bottom of the steering wheel . open that panel disconnect the yellow plug remove the red plug from the panel and insert into the air bag plug
