Default Painting window trim

Hey guys, I know I just saw this a few weeks ago. I tried the search function but had no luck.

Anyways I was wondering what you guys would recommend to use when painting the window trim just below the window? My black is flaking off and the shiny metal is showing through and looks really bad. What is the best paint to use? Do you just mask off the area and paint or can you remove them from the car?

Thanks!

I called the HONDA dealership and they were talking about $53 per trim for the lower part of the window on the coupes.

remove it from the car first, sand it down real nicely to give it some "tooth", primer that badboy with about 3 coats, then give it several coats of flat black (gloss won't look good, i promise). let it dry in a safe place and then reinstall. viola! new trim

I would consider new ones if I knew hot to take off the old ones?

Anyone else got any bright ideas.

A few weeks back someone was talking about getting some sort of paint at AutoZone.
Thanks
Oh, seano thanks for the link!
