Well, make sure you have enough fluid in the resevoir(sp?) then ensure all lines are connected. Line should go from res., run along the fender, come back out and head to the bottom of the connectors on the hood. Now run it for a little time just in case there's no fluid in the line. It could take some time for the fluid to work through the line out the connectors. Other than that if the motor is working make sure the line, connectors, and pump aren't plugged.

I had this problem on my 95. It was the the little nozzle things that clogged. Use a pin to free any clog. If you have the time take some cleaner (emulsion cleaner if you got it) and sprayed those little bastards out.

No, the nozzles is good, there is absolutely NO water in the hose thats connected to the nozzles.
I can see that the hose goes all the way down the hood and dissapears on the top of the left fender.
How do I inspect and make sure that the rest of the hose is hooked up to the water tank/motor?
I check my local auto stores and read those books but it doesnt say anything.
I also searched but alas, no results.
Your help is greatly apreciated.
THANKS in advanced

Okay, remove the hose from the pump, make sure you have fluid in it and get somebody to hit the button. At this point fluid should be coming out the pump. Also try to spray water through the hose with a water hose or something (very carefully). If none of that shows you anything remove all the fluid and make sure the line inside the resovoir (sp?) is good. Hopefully that will show you something. Can't really think of much else.

I will try removing the hose from the pump, but does anyone know where the hose goes after it dissapears from the hood? cause the hose goes from the nozzle then down to the inside of the driver side fender then gone.
see this car was involved in a front driver side collision before i bought it.
everything on the car is perfectly working, except for this.
thanks for the help.

It simply runs along under the fender lip and comes back out up near the firewall. Once you see it go in near the fender it just runs straight up along the fender from that point. It is quite possible it may have become pinched when the fender was replaced. Only way to check that is to remove the fender really.
