Life Expectancy to Change Timing Belt
Just bought another integra with approximately 130k miles...wanted to know what th expectancy is to change the timing belt and a complete tune-up?

If you don't know when it was done before, assume is hasn't been done and do it now. Replace the water pump and TB tensioner while you're at it.

TB Tensioner = timing belt tensioner
it's #14 in this pic and #16 is the spring which is so cheap you shouldn't think about not replacing it (yay for double negatives)
As for the "valve job" I'm really not sure what Muckman was getting at. To me a valve job is when you remove the head, replace the valve guides and seats and refinish or replace the valves. It's only needed when it's needed (i.e. it's not an interval maintenance thing)
He may have meant a valve adjustment, which is where the valve lash is adjusted to within spec, and is a good idea to do when you have it all apart to do the timing belt anyway.
