Default OEM or aftermarket o2 sensor? (NTK, Denso, etc)

Is there any benefit from getting an after market o2 sensor over OEM honda? The prices on ebay range from around $20 for OEM to $85 for denso.

OEM would more likely be better, with some of the "aftermarket" ones,
you have to wire do the wiring since they're most are universal.

When most people mention an OEM part, they are referring to parts purchased at the dealership. Those Ebay O2's are not Honda/Acura parts, they are aftermarket COPIES, hopefully following OEM specifications. Many cheaper O2 sensors sold by aftermarket companies are universal, so the connector off the old O2 sensor will need to be cut off and spliced into the new O2's wires.

Bosch has had a bad rep among the Honda community, for some reason their spark plugs, wires, and O2's just don't work well with Honda/Acura ignition systems.

NGK (NTK) is the O2 sensor replacement that I would go with, for around $50 you can have the exact fit sensor with connector, no wire splicing, and NGK is proven to be a great OEM spec supplier.

This info is MY opinion from previous research, take it or leave it.

Stick with NTK (NGKs 02 sensor division) or OEM Denso 02 sensor. Just do yourself a favour do not purchase Bosch for your Honda. The money spent on 02 which works well and lasts will equal return of $$$ at the pump!
