Upstream or Downstream O2 Sensor? interchangable?

Default Upstream or Downstream O2 Sensor? interchangable?

my downstream o2 sensor(on cat) is shot, so i just bought a new denso one for my car on ebay, but it doesnt specify wether its the upper or the lower one, i mean, are these 2 sensors interchangable? or are they 2 completely different?

They're interchangeable, as far as function goes.

ok cool, so just in case, would an o2 sensor made for the header fit right into where the cat one is supposed to be?, i mean like wiring & fitment wise?

It should. I know on the Integra, the secondary sensor has a rubber grommet to seal the hole where it enters the car, and the wiring might be a slightly different length. I'm not entirely certain, but I assume it's a similar situation with the Civic. Either way, it shouldn't be a big issue.

ok, what about the plastic connector harness? are they still both the same on upper and lower?

Yes, the connectors are exactly the same.

can i get a picture of where these O2 sensors are suppost to be?? I have a b16a2 and i was told it was missing the o2 sensor. there is a sensor by the cat but not one on the header.
