Head out to your local honda dealership and ask for one. I had the same problem and they gave me a replacement for 2 bucks.

The clock and hazard light button pops out using a knife (cover the blade so it doesn't scratch your dash board). Put the knife below the clock/hazard light assembly and gently pry the clock out. Disconnect the cables to remove the assembly. Once it's out I think you have to take off the back of the clock to get to the bulb - it's been a while since I've replaced mine so I can't remember for sure.

Nope. There is an indentation in the back cover for the bulb. You will be able to unscrew it without removing any covers.
