Soak the valves with pb blaster or something equivalent and try to break them loose 24 hours later, do this acouple days in a row and it will come lose.
Im talking use half a can if you have to.

if you have a drill you can drill out the stud that is still in the caliper, and then use a tap and dye kit to tap the caliper. if you dont have these tools, just buy a used caliper.

I could do that. For the calipar that has the broken screw extractor in, could I drill and tap a hole right beside the bleeder valve? Because trying to drill through the extractor would be pretty tough

Those small EZ outs are worthless. They are to brittle and break, as you found out.

Don't drill and tap a new hole, use a carbide drill bit at low RPM and it will go through the EZ out with no trouble. Make sure you use some cutting oil to keep the heat down. Slowly increase the bit size until you remove most of the bleeder. Then use a tap to clean out the threads. If necessary, completly drill out the bleeder, re-tap, and use a Helicoil to repair the hole.

Try gravity bleeding it. Its gonna take a bit longer but its worth a shot.

Make sure to pump the pedal and feel for pedal pressure.
