well I wont argue the Type R status with you but if you read the post I ask what are my tuning options . Can I chip this ecu ? should I buy a p28 etc. I need opinions not criticism.

Let me help jOo work the interw3b and excercise clarity....
If the image cannot be shown....the code is:
37820-PCT-003 (first row)
1115-100161 (2nd row)
UU (in the bottom right hand corner)
And no....hondata cannot "chip" that particular ecu. You need something OBDI.
PR3, P30, P06, P28, P72 etc. In no particular order....though the P06 and P28s are cheapest as they are most plentiful...but then you need a harness adapter.
Or jOo can spend a lot of moolah and get something like this:

Re: (jspecjoe)
try for a p30 (jdm) or p72. they both have knock sensors the p28s do not. you can add a knock board from an ecu that has one but its a bit more work than i suspect you want to deal with.
